Specifications

Controls and Functions

Front Panel: ON button, OFF button, PULSE button.

Operation: The unit will only operate when the work bowl is properly seated and the lid is locked. The PULSE function provides controlled, short bursts of power for precise chopping.

Blade/Disc Functions:
S-Blade: For chopping, mincing, pureeing, and mixing.
Dough Blade: For kneading yeast doughs.
Slicing Disc: For uniform slices of fruits and vegetables.
Shredding Disc: For shredding cheese, vegetables, etc.

Using Attachments

Always ensure the machine is OFF and unplugged when changing attachments.

  1. Remove lid and any existing blade/disc.
  2. Select the desired disc or blade.
  3. Place it onto the center shaft. It should sit flat and secure.
  4. Reattach the lid and pusher before operating.

Tip: For best results with slicing/shredding, use firm pressure with the pusher and process food in batches to avoid overloading.

Processing Techniques

For optimal results, cut food into uniform pieces before processing.

  1. Chopping: Use the S-blade. Use the PULSE button for control. Do not over-process.
  2. Kneading Dough: Use the dough blade. Do not exceed recommended flour amounts.
  3. Slicing/Shredding: Use appropriate disc. Feed food through the tube using the pusher.
  4. Pureeing: Use the S-blade. Add liquids through the feed tube if necessary for smoother consistency.
  5. Emulsifying: For mayonnaise or dressings, add oil slowly through the feed tube while the machine is running.

WARNING! Never process boiling hot liquids. Allow them to cool slightly to prevent pressure buildup and potential injury.

Safety Features

Interlock System: The processor will not operate unless the bowl is correctly positioned and the lid is locked. The pusher must be in place for the lid to lock.

Overload Protection: The motor may automatically shut off if overloaded. If this happens, turn the unit OFF, unplug it, remove some contents from the bowl, wait a few minutes, and restart.

Care & Cleaning

Always unplug the unit before cleaning.

  1. Motor Base: Wipe with a damp cloth. Do not immerse in water or place in dishwasher.
  2. Work Bowl, Lid, Blades, Discs, Pusher: Most are dishwasher safe (top rack recommended). Wash in warm, soapy water if hand washing. Dry thoroughly.
  3. Use a small brush to clean food particles from the center shaft and lid openings.

CAUTION! Blades and discs are extremely sharp. Handle with care during cleaning and storage.
