Installation

Unpack and inspect contents. Place on a clean, stable, heat-resistant surface.

  1. Check Compatibility: Ensure cookware is magnetic (induction-ready).
  2. Clear Area: Ensure at least 4 inches of clearance on all sides for ventilation.
  3. Power Source: Plug into a dedicated 120V, 15-amp grounded outlet.
  4. Initial Test: Place compatible pan on cooktop center and power on briefly to test.

WARNING! Do not place on or near a hot gas or electric burner, or in a heated oven. Ensure surface is level and dry.

First-Time Setup

Plug in the unit; the control panel will beep and display "0".

  2. Power On: Press the POWER button.
  3. Set Temperature/Power: Use +/- buttons or direct temperature input to select desired setting.

Tip: For best performance, avoid sharing the outlet with other high-wattage appliances.

Cooking Operations

Supports boiling, simmering, searing, frying, and warming.

  1. Pre-heating: Set desired temperature. The unit heats the pan directly and rapidly.
  2. Simmering/Low Heat: Use low power levels (1-3) or temperatures between 150°F-212°F.
  3. Boiling: Use high power levels (8-10) or temperatures at 460°F.
  4. Using Timer: Set timer for precise cooking; unit beeps and may switch to keep-warm when time ends.
  5. Using Probe (Optional): Insert probe into food, select target temperature. Cooktop adjusts heat automatically.
  6. Pausing: Press POWER to temporarily turn off heating. Press again to resume.
  7. Powering Off: Press and hold POWER for 2 seconds, or let auto-shutoff engage.

WARNING! Never operate the cooktop empty or with incompatible cookware. The glass surface can remain hot after use.

Safety Features

Auto Pan Detection: Unit will not heat and displays "E1" if no compatible pan is detected. Overheat Protection: Automatically reduces power or shuts off if internal temperature is too high. Child Lock: Prevents accidental activation. Residual Heat Indicator: "H" may flash if surface is still hot.
