Installation & Setup

Unpack and inspect all components. Place on a clean, dry, level surface away from edges.

Insert Charcoal Water Filter: Soak filter in water for 15 minutes, then place in filter holder in water reservoir.
Prepare Carafe: Remove all packaging materials. Wash carafe, lid, and filter basket with warm, soapy water.
Prime the Filter: Run a full cycle of clean water through the coffeemaker without coffee.
Plug into a standard 120V AC outlet.

WARNING! Do not immerse base, cord, or plug in water. Ensure hands are dry when handling plug.

First-Time Use

Before first brew, complete a cleaning cycle.

Fill water reservoir to MAX line with clean, cold water.
Place empty carafe on warming plate.
Press the ON/OFF button to start the cleaning cycle.
Discard water from carafe after cycle completes.
Your coffeemaker is now ready for brewing.

Programming & Operation

Programmed Brew: Set desired brew time using PROGRAM, HOUR, MINUTE. Add water and coffee. The unit will brew at the set time.
Pause & Serve: Press PAUSE during brew to pour a cup, then release to continue brewing.
Auto Shut-Off: Press AUTO SHUT-OFF to select duration (0-4 hrs).

Tip: Use 1 tablespoon of ground coffee per cup (5 oz) as a starting point.

Cleaning & Maintenance

Regular cleaning ensures optimal performance and taste.

Daily: Wash carafe, lid, and filter basket with warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly.
Monthly Descaling: Run a cycle with a descaling solution or white vinegar/water mix (followed by several clear water cycles).
Charcoal Filter: Replace every 60 days or after 60 uses for best water filtration.
Exterior: Wipe with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners.

WARNING! Never immerse the base, cord, or plug in water or other liquids.

Care Instructions

Troubleshooting
