Installation & Setup

Unpack and inspect all parts. Place on a clean, dry, level surface away from edges.

First-Time Use

  5. To program: Press PROGRAM, then set time with HOUR/MINUTE. Press AUTO ON to activate.
  6. Use Pause & Serve during brewing by carefully removing carafe.
  7. Auto Shut-Off: Press AUTO OFF to set duration (0-4 hrs).

Tip: For best results, use fresh, cold water and grind coffee just before brewing.

Cleaning & Maintenance

Regular cleaning ensures optimal performance and coffee flavor.

  1. Daily: Wash carafe, lid, and filter basket in warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly.
  2. Monthly: Descale using vinegar solution or commercial descaling agent.
  3. Charcoal Filter: Replace every 60 uses or 2 months (whichever comes first).
  4. Exterior: Wipe with damp cloth. Never use abrasive cleaners.

WARNING! Unplug and allow to cool completely before cleaning. Do not immerse base in water.

Care Instructions

Descaling: When CLEAN light illuminates, run a cycle with equal parts white vinegar and water, then run 2 cycles with clean water.

CAUTION! Mineral buildup can affect performance. Descale regularly based on water hardness.
