Fill the water reservoir completely with cold water and run a brewing cycle without coffee to clean the interior. Discard this water.

WARNING! Do not immerse the coffeemaker base, cord, or plug in water or any other liquid. Ensure the power cord is not dangling over the edge of a counter.

First-Time Setup
