Installation

Unpack and inspect contents. Place on clean, dry, level surface.

First-Time Setup

  6. For auto brew: Set program time first, then ensure beans and water are loaded.
  7. Use brew pause to pour a cup during brewing cycle.

Tip: Use filtered water and fresh beans for best flavor. Clean grinder regularly.

Cleaning & Maintenance

Unplug and cool before cleaning. Wash carafe and filter basket after each use.

  1. Descale monthly: Mix vinegar and water (1:2), run through brewing cycle, then rinse with clean water.
  2. Clean grinder: Use brush to remove coffee grounds from burrs.
  3. Replace charcoal filter every 60 days or as needed.
  4. Wipe exterior with damp cloth; do not use abrasive cleaners.

CAUTION! Never immerse coffee maker in water. Do not use harsh chemicals.

Programming

Set auto brew time for automatic morning coffee.

  1. Press and hold PROGRAM until "PROG" flashes.
