Installation

Unpack and inspect contents. Place on clean, dry, level surface.

Remove all packaging materials and stickers.
Wash carafe, lid, and filter basket with warm soapy water; rinse and dry.
Install charcoal water filter: Soak filter in water for 15 minutes, then insert into filter holder.
Plug into 120V AC outlet.

WARNING! Do not immerse coffeemaker, cord, or plug in water. Ensure hands are dry before handling.

First-Time Setup

Power on coffeemaker; follow initial setup steps.

Set clock: Press and hold CLOCK, use HOUR/MINUTE to set time.
Prime water system: Fill reservoir with water, place empty carafe, press BREW to run water through.

Brewing Coffee

Cleaning & Maintenance

Clean grinder: Wipe hopper with dry cloth; do not immerse in water.
Replace charcoal filter every 60 days or after 60 uses.
