Installation

Unpack and inspect contents. Place on a clean, stable, heat-resistant surface.

  1. Remove all packaging materials and protective film.
  2. Place the oven on a level, heat-resistant countertop away from walls and cabinets.
  3. Ensure at least 4 inches of clearance on all sides for proper ventilation.
  4. Insert the oven rack, bake pan, and broil rack as needed.
  5. Plug into a standard 120V AC outlet.

WARNING! Do not place on or near a hot gas or electric burner, or in a heated oven. Keep cord away from heated surfaces.

First-Time Setup

Before first use, clean the interior and accessories with warm, soapy water. Rinse and dry thoroughly.

  1. Plug in the oven. The digital display will illuminate.
  2. Set the clock: Press and hold CLOCK, then use +/- buttons to set time.
  3. Perform a test run: Set to BAKE at 350°F for 15 minutes with an empty oven to burn off any manufacturing residues.
  4. Allow the oven to cool completely before first food use.

CAUTION! The exterior surfaces become hot during use. Use handles and avoid touching hot surfaces.

Controls and Settings

Digital Control Panel: FUNCTION button, TEMPERATURE +/- buttons, TIMER +/- buttons, START/PAUSE, LIGHT, CLOCK.

Function Selection: Press FUNCTION to cycle through Toast, Bake, Broil, Convection Bake, Warm, Pizza.

Temperature Setting: Use TEMP +/- buttons after selecting a cooking function (except Toast and Warm).

Timer Setting: Use TIMER +/- buttons to set cooking duration from 1 to 60 minutes.

Start/Pause: Press START/PAUSE to begin cooking or pause the cycle.

Interior Light: Press LIGHT to turn the interior light on/off independently.

Cooking Functions

Select the desired function using the FUNCTION button.

  1. Toast: Select darkness level (1-7) using TEMP +/-. Place bread on rack. Close door and press START.
  2. Bake: Set temperature. Place food on bake pan or rack. Set timer and press START.
  3. Broil: Place food on broil rack. Set timer (temperature is fixed). Press START.
  4. Convection Bake: For faster, more even baking. Set temperature and timer. Press START.
  5. Warm: Keeps cooked food warm (low temperature). Set timer up to 60 minutes.
  6. Pizza: Optimized for reheating pizza. Set temperature and timer.

Tip: Preheat the oven for 2-3 minutes for best baking results. Use oven mitts when removing hot accessories.

Care & Cleaning

Unplug and allow the oven to cool completely before cleaning.

  1. Exterior: Wipe with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or scouring pads.
  2. Interior: Wipe with a damp cloth or sponge. For stubborn stains, use a mild, non-abrasive cleaner.
  3. Door: Clean tempered glass with a glass cleaner and soft cloth.
  4. Crumb Tray: Pull out and empty regularly. Wash with warm, soapy water.
  5. Bake Pan & Racks: Wash with warm, soapy water. Dry thoroughly.

CAUTION! Never immerse the oven base, cord, or plug in water or any other liquid. Do not use metal utensils that can scratch the non-stick coating.
