Installation

Unpack and inspect contents. Place on stable, heat-resistant surface.

  1. Remove all packaging materials and stickers.
  2. Place oven on a level, stable countertop away from walls, cabinets, and flammable materials.
  3. Ensure at least 4 inches of clearance on all sides for proper ventilation.
  4. Plug into a dedicated 120V AC, 15-amp outlet. Do not use an extension cord.

WARNING! This appliance generates heat. Keep away from curtains, paper, plastics, and other flammable materials. Do not place on or near a hot gas or electric burner.

First-Time Setup

Before first use, clean interior and accessories.

  1. Wash the baking pan, oven rack, and crumb tray in warm, soapy water. Rinse and dry thoroughly.
  2. Wipe the interior and exterior of the oven with a damp cloth. Do not immerse in water.
  3. Insert the oven rack into the desired position (low for broiling, middle for most baking, high for toasting).
  4. Plug in the oven. The display will illuminate. Perform an initial "burn-off" by setting to Bake at 400°F for 20 minutes with an empty oven to remove any manufacturing residues.

CAUTION! During initial use, slight smoke or odor may occur. This is normal and will dissipate quickly. Ensure the area is well-ventilated.

Controls and Settings

Access all functions via the digital control panel. Front Panel: POWER, FUNCTION selector, TEMPERATURE/TOAST SHADE, TIMER, START/PAUSE, LIGHT.

Control Panel Overview: POWER turns unit on/off. FUNCTION cycles through cooking modes. Use +/- buttons to adjust temperature (for Bake/Broil) or toast shade (1-7). TIMER sets cooking duration. START/PAUSE begins or pauses operation. LIGHT turns interior oven light on/off independently.

Toast: Select shade (1-7), then press START. Bake/Broil: Select function, set temperature, set time, press START. Convection: Select Convection Bake or Broil for faster cooking. Warm: Keeps cooked food at a safe serving temperature (approx. 170°F).

Cooking Functions

Select function via FUNCTION button. Use rack positions as recommended.

  1. Toast: For bread, bagels, pastries. Use high rack position. Select shade (1=Light, 7=Dark).
  2. Bake: For cakes, cookies, casseroles. Use middle rack position. Set temperature (150°F-450°F).
  3. Broil: For meats, fish, melting cheese. Use low rack position. Door must be slightly ajar during broiling.
  4. Convection Bake: Uses fan for even, faster baking. Reduce recipe temperature by 25°F.
  5. Convection Broil: Faster broiling with circulated air. Door must be slightly ajar.
  6. Warm: Holds cooked food. Do not use for raw food.

Tip: Preheat oven for 2-3 minutes for best baking results. Use oven mitts when handling hot accessories.

Care & Cleaning

Unplug and cool completely before cleaning.

  1. Exterior: Wipe with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or scouring pads.
  2. Interior: Wipe walls and door with a damp cloth. For stubborn stains, use a mild, non-abrasive cleaner.
  3. Crumb Tray: Pull out, empty, and wash in warm, soapy water.
  4. Baking Pan & Oven Rack: Wash in warm, soapy water. The baking pan is dishwasher safe (top rack recommended).
  5. Door Glass: Clean with a non-abrasive glass cleaner. Do not spray directly on glass; spray on cloth first.

CAUTION! Never immerse the oven base, cord, or plug in water or any other liquid. Do not use steel wool or harsh chemicals.

Safety Features

Automatic Shut-Off: Timer counts down to zero and oven turns off. Overheat Protection: Internal thermostat prevents overheating. Cool-Touch Exterior: Stays cool during operation. Safety Door Hinge: Door stays open at any angle to prevent slamming. Door-Ajar Detection for Broil: Broil function only operates with door slightly open.
