Installation

Unpack and inspect all contents. Place on a clean, stable, heat-resistant surface.

  1. Remove all packaging materials and stickers from the oven interior and exterior.
  2. Insert the oven rack into the desired slot position (upper or lower).
  3. Place the baking pan on the oven rack if needed for cooking.
  4. Ensure the crumb tray is properly inserted at the bottom of the oven cavity.
  5. Plug the detachable power cord into the oven and then into a standard 120V AC outlet.

WARNING! Ensure at least 4 inches of clearance on all sides for proper ventilation. Do not place near flammable materials.

First-Time Setup

Before first use, perform an initial cleaning and setup.

  1. Wipe the interior and exterior with a damp cloth and mild detergent. Dry thoroughly.
  2. Remove and wash the baking pan, oven rack, and crumb tray in warm, soapy water.
  3. Run the oven empty on the Bake function at 350°F for 15 minutes to burn off any manufacturing residues.
  4. Set the clock: Press and hold the CLOCK button, then use the + and - buttons to set the time.
  5. Familiarize yourself with the control panel functions and LED display indicators.

CAUTION! The oven will be hot after the initial burn-off cycle. Allow it to cool completely before handling.

Cooking Functions

Follow these steps for each cooking function.

  1. Plug in the oven. The display will show the time of day.
  2. Press FUNCTION repeatedly to select the desired cooking mode.
  3. For Toast/Bagel: Select shade level (1-6). For other functions: Set temperature using +/- buttons.
  4. Set the cooking time using the TIMER +/- buttons.
  5. Press START/CANCEL to begin. The display will show remaining time and temperature.
  6. To pause or check progress, open the door. Cooking pauses automatically. Close door to resume.
  7. When cooking is complete, the oven will beep and turn off. The END message will display.
  8. Press START/CANCEL to clear the display, or it will clear automatically after 2 minutes.

Tip: Preheat the oven for Bake and Convection Bake functions for best results (about 5 minutes).

Cleaning & Maintenance

Always unplug the oven and allow it to cool completely before cleaning.

  1. Exterior: Wipe with a damp cloth and mild detergent. Do not use abrasive cleaners.
  2. Interior: Wipe walls and door with a damp cloth. The non-stick coating makes cleaning easy.
  3. Crumb Tray: Pull out the tray at the bottom of the oven and empty it after each use. Wash in warm, soapy water.
  4. Baking Pan & Oven Rack: Wash in warm, soapy water or place in dishwasher (top rack recommended).
  5. Door Glass: Clean with a non-abrasive glass cleaner. Do not spray directly on the door.

CAUTION! Never immerse the oven body, cord, or control panel in water. Do not use steel wool or harsh abrasives.
