Installation

Unpack and inspect contents. Place on a clean, stable, and dry surface near a power outlet.

  1. Remove all packaging materials and stickers.
  2. Fill the removable water tank with fresh, cold water and reinsert securely.
  3. Plug the power cord into a 120V AC outlet.
  4. Place the drip tray and cup warming tray in position.

WARNING! Ensure the machine is unplugged during setup. Do not immerse the base, cord, or plug in water.

First-Time Setup

Power on the machine; allow it to heat up (indicator light will show when ready).

  1. Prime the system: Run water through the group head without coffee to flush the system.
  2. Program shot volume: Press and hold the ESPRESSO button until desired volume is reached, then release to save.
  3. Insert the portafilter: Ensure it is locked securely into the group head.
  4. Test brew: Use ground coffee to brew a test shot and adjust grind or tamp as needed.

CAUTION! Surfaces become hot during use. Handle with care and keep away from children.

Controls and Settings

Control Panel: POWER button, ESPRESSO button (single/double), STEAM button, Indicator lights (Power, Ready, Steam).

Operation: Press POWER to turn on. Wait for READY light. Press ESPRESSO for pre-programmed shot. Press STEAM for milk frothing.

Programming: To set shot volume, press and hold ESPRESSO button during brewing until desired amount is reached, then release. The machine will remember this setting for future use.

Brewing Guide

For optimal espresso using ground coffee or pods (with compatible adapter).

  1. Ensure machine is on and READY light is illuminated.
  2. Fill portafilter basket with finely ground coffee and tamp evenly.
  3. Lock portafilter into group head securely.
  4. Place pre-warmed cups under the spouts.
  5. Press ESPRESSO button once for a single shot, twice quickly for a double shot.
  6. Brewing will stop automatically based on programmed volume.
  7. Remove portafilter and discard used coffee grounds immediately after brewing.

Tip: Use fresh, cold water and freshly ground coffee beans for best results.

Milk Frothing

Use the steam wand to froth milk for cappuccinos, lattes, and other milk-based drinks.

  1. Fill a pitcher with cold milk (do not exceed half full).
  2. Press the STEAM button; wait for STEAM light to indicate readiness.
  3. Open the steam valve by turning the knob slowly.
  4. Submerge the tip of the wand just below the milk surface to create froth.
  5. After frothing, turn the knob to close the valve.
  6. Wipe the steam wand immediately with a damp cloth to prevent milk residue buildup.
  7. Press the STEAM button again to exit steam mode.

WARNING! Steam and wand become extremely hot. Always use caution and keep hands clear.

Cleaning & Maintenance

Regular cleaning ensures optimal performance and longevity.

Daily: Empty drip tray and water tank. Wipe exterior with a damp cloth. Clean steam wand after each use.

Weekly: Descale the machine using a descaling solution (follow solution instructions). Clean portafilter and baskets with warm water and mild detergent.

Monthly: Backflush the group head with a cleaning tablet (if applicable). Check and clean the shower screen.

CAUTION! Unplug the machine before cleaning. Never use abrasive cleaners or scouring pads.
