Specifications

Controls and Settings

Primary control is the Temperature Dial. Front panel includes Power and Ready indicator lights.

Temperature Dial Settings: WARM, LOW, MEDIUM, MEDIUM-HIGH, HIGH. Use WARM for keeping cooked food warm. Use LOW for delicate foods like fish. MEDIUM to HIGH for searing meats and vegetables.

Indicator Lights: Power Light (green) indicates unit is receiving power. Ready Light (red) illuminates when the grill has reached the selected temperature and turns off during heating cycles.

Preheating: Allow 5-8 minutes for the grill to reach the selected temperature. The Ready Light will cycle on and off during cooking to maintain temperature.

Cooking Guide

For best results, preheat grill, use minimal oil, and do not overcrowd the cooking surface.

  1. Preheat the grill with the lid closed for 5 minutes on desired setting.
  2. Lightly oil the grill plates or brush oil directly onto food.
  3. Place food on the preheated grill. Close the lid for even cooking.
  4. Cook times vary by food thickness and desired doneness. Refer to the included cooking chart.
  5. Use tongs or a spatula to turn food. Do not use metal utensils that may scratch the non-stick surface.
  6. When finished, turn the temperature dial to OFF and unplug the unit.
  7. Allow the grill to cool completely before cleaning.

Tip: For grill marks, place food at a 45-degree angle to the ridges and do not move for the first 2 minutes of cooking.

Cleaning & Maintenance

Always unplug and allow the grill to cool completely before cleaning.

  1. Remove the drip tray and empty any collected grease or liquids.
  2. Remove the grill plates by unlocking and lifting them out.
  3. Wash the grill plates and drip tray in warm, soapy water. A non-abrasive sponge is recommended.
  4. These parts are top-rack dishwasher safe.
