Installation & Setup

Install Charcoal Filter: Rinse filter, insert into holder in water reservoir.

First-Time Use

Before first brew, perform a cleaning cycle to remove any manufacturing residues.

Clean Machine: Fill reservoir with fresh water (no coffee). Place empty carafe on warming plate. Press CLEAN. Cycle runs for about 30 minutes.

Using the Grinder

Grind-Off Mode: Press GRIND OFF to bypass grinder (use pre-ground in filter basket).

WARNING! Never put water, ground coffee, or anything other than whole beans in the bean hopper. Unplug before cleaning grinder area.

Care & Cleaning

Regular cleaning ensures optimal performance and coffee flavor.

Daily: Wash carafe, lid, and filter basket with warm soapy water. Rinse.
Weekly: Clean grinder by brushing out any residual grounds. Wipe bean hopper.
Monthly: Run cleaning cycle (press CLEAN) with equal parts water and white vinegar, then run twice with fresh water only.
Charcoal Filter: Replace every 60 uses or 2 months (whichever comes first).
