Installation

Unpack and inspect contents. Place on clean, dry, level surface.

Brewing Coffee

  3. Select grind amount (4-10 cups) if using whole beans.
  4. Select brew strength (REGULAR or BOLD).
  5. Press BREW to start immediate brewing OR set PROGRAM for delayed brew.
  6. Pause & Serve: Press PAUSE during brewing to pour a cup.
  7. When brewing completes, audible alert sounds; auto shut-off activates per setting.

Tip: For best flavor, use fresh, cold water and whole beans. Clean grinder regularly.

Cleaning & Maintenance

Unplug before cleaning. Clean after each use.

  1. Carafe and lid: Wash with warm, soapy water; rinse and dry thoroughly.
  2. Filter basket: Remove and clean with soapy water; rinse.
  3. Grinder: Wipe with dry cloth; use brush to remove coffee residue.
  4. Descale: Run descaling solution through brew cycle every 3-6 months.
  5. Charcoal filter: Replace every 60 brew cycles or 2 months.
