  5. Plug the power cord into a standard 120V AC outlet.

WARNING! Ensure all parts are completely dry before assembly. Do not force components together.

First-Time Use

Before first use, wash all removable parts (except motor base) in warm, soapy water. Rinse and dry thoroughly.

  1. Assemble the unit as described in the Assembly section.
  2. Perform a test run without food: Lock the bowl and lid, select a medium speed, and run for 30 seconds to ensure smooth operation.
  3. Familiarize yourself with the speed settings: Use Low for mixing, Medium for chopping, and High for pureeing or kneading dough.
  4. Review the safety features and ensure the interlock system is functioning (unit will not start if improperly assembled).

CAUTION! Never operate the food processor without the bowl and lid properly locked.

Specifications

Controls and Functions

Control Panel located on the front of the motor base.

Primary Controls: ON/OFF Switch, 10-Speed Dial (1=Low, 10=High), PULSE Button.

Functions: The speed dial controls the processing speed. Use lower speeds for mixing and higher speeds for chopping or pureeing. The PULSE button provides momentary power for controlled chopping. The unit will only operate when the bowl and lid are correctly locked (indicated by a click). The feed tube allows for continuous addition of ingredients. The dough blade is designed specifically for kneading heavy doughs without straining the motor.

Operating Instructions

General guidelines for processing different types of food.

  1. Ensure unit is properly assembled and locked.
  2. Cut food into chunks (approx. 1-2 inches) that will fit through the feed tube.
  3. Select the appropriate blade or disc for your task.
  4. Turn the speed dial to the desired setting. For unknown foods, start at a low speed.
  5. Use the food pusher to guide items down the feed tube. Never use fingers.
  6. For chopping, use the PULSE function in short bursts to achieve desired consistency.
  7. For dough, use the dough blade and speeds 1-3. Do not process more than the recommended amount of flour.
  8. When finished, turn the speed dial to OFF and unplug the unit before disassembling.

Tip: Process small batches for best results. Overfilling the bowl can lead to uneven processing.

Discs and Accessories

Each accessory is designed for specific tasks.

  1. Stainless Steel S-Blade: Use for chopping, mincing, pureeing, and mixing. Place in center of bowl.
  2. Dough Blade: Use for kneading yeast doughs, pizza dough, and pastry dough. Use low speeds.
  3. Slicing Disc (4mm): For uniform slices of cucumbers, potatoes, onions, etc. Place on center shaft.
  4. Shredding Disc: For shredding cheese, carrots, cabbage, etc. Place on center shaft.
  5. Food Pusher: Safely guides food into the feed tube. Always use it; never use fingers.

WARNING! Blades and discs are extremely sharp. Handle with care and store safely.

Safety Features

Patented Safety Interlock: The processor will not operate unless the work bowl is properly seated and locked onto the base AND the lid is properly locked onto the bowl. This is indicated by a distinct clicking sound. Non-Slip Feet: Provide stability during operation. Feed Tube Design: Prevents access to moving parts while operating.

Care & Cleaning

Unplug the unit before cleaning. The motor base should only be wiped with a damp cloth; never immerse in water.

Cleaning Steps: Disassemble the bowl, lid, blades, discs, and food pusher. Wash in warm, soapy water or on the top rack of a dishwasher (check for dishwasher-safe symbols). Rinse and dry thoroughly before storage. Use a brush to clean food particles from the disc openings. Wipe the motor base with a damp cloth. Ensure all parts are completely dry before reassembling or storing.

CAUTION! Do not use abrasive cleaners or scouring pads on any parts, especially the plastic bowl and lid.
