Assembly & Installation

Unpack all components and inspect for damage. Place motor base on a clean, dry, stable countertop.

  1. Attach Work Bowl: Align bowl with base and turn clockwise until it locks into place.
  2. Insert Blade or Disc: Place desired blade or disc onto the center shaft inside the bowl.
  3. Place Lid: Set lid on bowl, aligning the handle with the bowl handle. Turn lid clockwise to lock.
  4. Insert Food Pusher: Place food pusher into the feed tube.
  5. Plug into AC power outlet.

WARNING! Ensure unit is unplugged during assembly. Do not force parts. Bowl and lid must be locked for operation.

First-Time Use

Before first use, wash all removable parts (except motor base) in warm, soapy water or top rack of dishwasher.

  1. Assemble unit as described above.
  2. Perform a test run: Process a few pieces of soft bread or a small amount of water to ensure proper operation.
  3. Familiarize yourself with controls: ON for continuous run, PULSE for controlled short bursts.
  4. Review processing techniques for different foods.

Controls and Functions

Motor Base Front Panel: ON switch, PULSE button. The unit operates only when the work bowl and lid are correctly locked.

ON: Press for continuous processing. Release to stop.

PULSE: Press and hold for short bursts of power; release to stop. Ideal for controlled chopping.

Safety Lock: The motor will not start unless the work bowl is properly seated and locked on the base AND the lid is locked onto the bowl.

Processing Techniques

Chopping: Use S Blade and PULSE function for even results. Slicing/Shredding: Use appropriate disc; feed food through tube with pusher. Dough: Use Dough Blade and ON function for kneading.

  1. Ensure food is cut to fit feed tube.
  2. Use even pressure with food pusher.
  3. For even chopping, use PULSE in 1-second bursts.
  4. Do not overprocess; check texture frequently.

Tip: For best slicing/shredding results, use firm, chilled food.

Using Discs & Attachments

Supports included slicing, shredding, and dough blades. Optional discs available.

  1. Select Disc/Blade: Choose based on task (S Blade for chopping, slicing disc for slices).
  2. Install: Place onto center shaft in bowl. It should sit flat.
  3. Process: Add food to bowl or feed tube. Secure lid. Use appropriate control (ON or PULSE).
  4. Remove Processed Food: Unplug unit. Remove lid, then carefully remove blade/disc and empty bowl.
  5. Storage: Clean and dry all parts. Store discs in the reversible storage case.

WARNING! Blades and discs are extremely sharp. Handle with care. Always hold by the plastic hub or edges.

Care & Cleaning

Unplug unit before cleaning. Motor Base: Wipe with a damp cloth; do not immerse. Removable Parts (Bowl, Lid, Blades, Discs, Pusher): Wash in warm, soapy water or top rack of dishwasher. Dry thoroughly before storage.

CAUTION! Do not use abrasive cleaners or scouring pads. Ensure all parts are completely dry to prevent rust on metal blades.
