Unpacking and Assembly

Remove all packaging materials. Inspect contents for damage.

  1. Insert beaters: Align beaters with slots in mixer head and push until they click into place.
  2. Connect to power: Plug cord into standard 120V AC outlet.
  3. Test operation: Press speed button 1 briefly to ensure motor runs smoothly.

WARNING! Ensure beaters are securely locked before use. Do not operate if any parts are damaged.

Operating Instructions

Hold mixer by the handle. Place beaters into mixing bowl before turning on.

  1. Select speed: Press desired speed button (1-6). Start at low speed for dry ingredients.
  2. Mix: Move beaters slowly through mixture, keeping beaters submerged.
  3. Stop: Release speed button to stop. Use ejector button to remove beaters.
  4. For whipping cream or egg whites: Use higher speeds (4-6) once mixture begins to thicken.

CAUTION! Do not operate mixer continuously for more than 10 minutes. Allow to cool if motor becomes hot.

CAUTION! Never immerse motor housing, cord, or plug in water or other liquids.

Storage

Store in provided case to protect from dust and damage.

  1. Ensure mixer and beaters are completely dry.
  2. Wrap cord loosely around handle or as indicated in case.
  3. Place beaters in designated slots in storage case.
  4. Close case and store in cool, dry place.

Tip: Store with beaters removed to prevent spring fatigue.
