Installation & Setup

Unpack and inspect all components. Place on clean, stable, heat-resistant surface.

  1. Remove all packaging materials and stickers from the unit.
  2. Wash grill plate, griddle plate, and grease tray with warm soapy water before first use.
  3. Ensure the unit is placed on a flat, stable surface away from walls and flammable materials.
  4. Plug into a standard 120V AC outlet.

WARNING! Ensure proper ventilation. Keep at least 6 inches clearance on all sides. Do not use under cabinets.

First-Time Use

Before cooking, season the griddle plate and preheat the unit.

  1. Season the griddle: Apply thin layer of cooking oil to surface, heat to 300°F for 10 minutes, then wipe clean.
  2. Preheat: Turn both temperature controls to desired setting. Wait for READY light to illuminate.
  3. Test temperature: Sprinkle water droplets on surface; they should sizzle and evaporate quickly.
  4. Begin cooking: Place food on preheated surface, adjusting temperature as needed.

CAUTION! The surface gets extremely hot. Always use utensils and avoid touching the cooking surface.

Operation Steps:

  1. Plug in unit. POWER light illuminates.
  2. Turn temperature dials to desired setting (1-6 or temperature markings).
  3. Wait 5-10 minutes for unit to preheat. READY light will illuminate.
  4. Place food on cooking surface using appropriate utensils.
  5. Adjust temperature as needed during cooking.
  6. After cooking, turn dials to OFF position and unplug.

Temperature Guide: 1-2 (Low/200-250°F), 3-4 (Medium/300-350°F), 5-6 (High/400-450°F).

Tips: Preheat for even cooking. Use minimal oil on non-stick surface. Allow meat to rest before serving. Clean grease tray regularly during extended cooking sessions.

Cleaning & Maintenance

Always unplug and allow to cool completely before cleaning.

  1. Remove grill plate, griddle plate, and grease tray.
  2. Wash plates and tray in warm soapy water or dishwasher (top rack recommended).
  3. Wipe exterior with damp cloth and mild detergent. Do not immerse unit in water.
  4. Dry all components thoroughly before reassembly.
  5. For stubborn residues, use non-abrasive cleaner and soft sponge.

CAUTION! Never use metal utensils or abrasive cleaners that can damage the non-stick surface. Do not use spray cooking oils directly on hot surface.
