Installation

Unpack and inspect contents. Place on stable, heat-resistant surface.

  1. Remove all packaging materials and stickers.
  2. Place oven on a level, stable countertop away from walls and cabinets.
  3. Ensure at least 4 inches of clearance on all sides for proper ventilation.
  4. Insert the baking pan and broiling rack into the oven slots.
  5. Plug into a standard 120V AC outlet.

WARNING! Do not place on or near hot surfaces. Keep away from flammable materials.

First-Time Setup

Before first use, clean interior and accessories.

  1. Wash baking pan, broiling rack, and crumb tray with warm, soapy water.
  2. Wipe interior and exterior with a damp cloth (do not immerse in water).
  3. Set function selector to OFF position.
  4. Plug in oven; the power light will illuminate when turned on.
  5. Run empty at 400°F for 15 minutes to burn off manufacturing residues.

CAUTION! Ensure oven is completely cool before cleaning. Use oven mitts when handling hot surfaces.

  4. Convection Baking: Use CONVECTION BAKE; reduce temperature by 25°F from recipe.
  5. Preheating: Allow 5-10 minutes for oven to reach set temperature.

Tip: For even cooking, rotate pans halfway through cooking time.

Cleaning & Maintenance

Unplug and cool completely before cleaning.

  1. Remove crumb tray; empty and wash with warm, soapy water.
  2. Wipe interior with damp cloth; avoid abrasive cleaners.
  3. Clean baking pan and broiling rack in sink or dishwasher.
  4. Wipe exterior with soft, damp cloth.
  5. Ensure all parts are dry before reassembling.

CAUTION! Do not use steel wool or harsh chemicals. Never immerse oven in water.
